Label: LIVE · Every row rendered above is a live read from GET /api/v1/actors on the Catalyst backend (no hardcoded actors in this HTML). Influence weight, tier, role, party, and metadata are operator-entered by senior CDO staff and audit-logged on every PATCH/DELETE (sprint 7.6 — audit_log + CSRF + role gating).

Sourcing requirement: per CATALYST_DATA_INTEGRITY.md, every actor entry must trace to public filings (FEC, IRS 990, congressional disclosures, state SoS records) or a named research source. Use the Intelligence Log button per-row to attach a clickable source URL to each event. Entries without source URLs are flagged in the daily watchdog (Phase 8.2).

Influence tier & weight are ANALYST-derived ordinal categories assigned by the Brainworks research team, not measured values. They feed the InfluenceRanker as one of five Battaglini channels (prominence). Methodology: invisible-primary-report.html §9.
